About the Brand
Norinco is a legacy Indian company (est. 1942) working across marine equipment, oceanographic research/equipment, steel and hydrogen. For years, they’ve been the dependable bridge between world-class global OEMs and Indian customers, handling everything from sales to service so clients aren’t juggling multiple vendors. Today, they’re also stepping into a bigger role: being seen not just as “representatives,” but as a modern solutions partner with manufacturing and future-facing ambitions.
Problem & Solution
Problem
Even with decades of credibility, Norinco didn’t look or read like the kind of serious, global-scale partner they are, especially to people discovering them for the first time online (OEMs, buyers, talent).
Solution
We treated LinkedIn as their main brand touchpoint and built a simple system to tell their story consistently: clear content pillars, a monthly plan and a mix of deeper case-style posts with quicker updates. In parallel, we created a distinct visual style so the page felt like one brand, not random posts.
The Result
A LinkedIn presence that feels more current and confident, makes it easier to understand what Norinco does and builds credibility steadily over time.
Visual Language
We refreshed a legacy brand without making it loud. The design is clean and premium, with clear hierarchy and plenty of breathing room. Visually, it draws from the ocean: depth, scale and gravitas using abstract forms rather than literal imagery, so it works equally well across marine and oceanographic themes while still feeling like one cohesive system.

LinkedIn Page Management
We didn’t treat LinkedIn like a place to just keep posting. We treated it like Norinco’s first impression. We started by getting clear on what leadership wanted to say and what mattered most across the verticals, then built simple content buckets and a monthly rhythm: updates, people stories, partner spotlights and clear explainers. With consistent templates and tight copy, the page started reading like one confident brand.
